An important message for our all of our clients: In order to keep costs down, and not increase our service prices more than necessary, we must route our services by postal code for efficiency. We appreciate your understanding.

Lawn Care:

SPRING FERTILIZER: The spring fertilizer applications are well underway, and lawns are beginning to green up nicely. The early spring thaw allowed us to begin early route efficiently.

WEED CONTROL: Dandelions are beginning to germinate, generally in the hot areas of the property. The soil temperatures are still too cool for most 'other' weeds to emerge. We will begin our weed control applications on-time early May. All applications are routed for efficiency, and everyone will be done in a timely fashion. Our full fleet is out starting at 6 am to ensure this happens. We'll also make a second round in June/July to catch the late bloomers.

BENEFICIAL SERVICES: Now is the ideal time for seeding and applying Liquid Aeration to your lawn. Aeration is crucial for fostering a healthy, dense, and vigorous lawn. It may also be necessary to seed any sparse or damaged areas. Consider upgrading your Liquid Aeration to include seeding with our Overseeding service or inquire about our '3-in-1 seed and feed' service designed to densify and rejuvenate your lawn.

Should your lawn require more extensive renovation, our technicians can provide a Slit Seeding service. This method ensures seeds are precisely slit or deposited directly into the soil, establishing the essential seed-soil contact needed for optimal growth.

SPRING SERVICE: Our Irrigation Production Team is actively conducting spring start-ups and repairs. If you have not yet scheduled your irrigation start-up service appointment, please contact Martina and Darius at 613-317-2332.

Mosquito.Buzz

TICKS: Tick control applications have started and will be completed throughout May. Protect you, your family, and pets from nasty disease carrying ticks. Our technicians will focus the treatments on the areas where ticks live, quest, and hide. For more information about ticks, take a look at our online resources.

MOSQUITO: Mosquitoes beat us out every year due to the need for foliage to be present and product rules. Our mosquito control services will start as soon as the foliage is out on the trees/shrubs (beginning mid-May weather permitting). We will then return in about 14 days for the second visit to ensure a good barrier is in place once more foliage emerges. Full reduction will be intact after the second visit.
